Jane began coaching my business in October 2005. My business is a family business comprising of my wife and myself - the directors and three of our children who carry out the day-to-day running of the business. I took on the services of a coach, as I felt that working together with family members has its difficulties and I needed some help in organising my team to work more professionally and efficiently together. Jane's coaching has helped us to identify where we need to spend time on our business. I feel that we now work better together and have begun to set up systems in our business to make it work more efficiently for us. Sometimes it can be difficult to find the time to carry out the procedures that need to be done to organise our business, however thankfully Jane is very patient and steps in with a positive comment to help us move forward when we feel stuck.
