I cannot recommend Action Coach (Michael Shinnick in particular) highly enough. The main benefit I received with Michael's help was to fast-track some very necessary improvements in my business. I brought my two managers to the ActionCoach Workshop. This motivated them and created a Team element to our In-House relationship. My Managers, being more motivated, performed well above average in getting done everything that we had set out to do during each ActionCoach Quarterly Workshop. ..........I and my Managers are now in a position to expand our business with a far higher level of ease than had we not employed Michaels’ services. We still have lots to do but we are much more focused on exactly what needs to be done and thus it will be achieved far quicker than normal. Although I consider myself to be quite tenacious, determined and efficient, I have no doubt that left to my own devices I would not have achieved as much in 2007 had I been left to my own devices i.e. without the help of Michael Shinnick.
