Meet - Paul Fagan, Managing Director of ActionCOACH Business Coach Ireland

 

Paul Fagan the Managing Director of ActionCOACH Ireland, introduced ActionCOACH to Ireland in 2002. Paul is married with two young children, he grew up in and still lives in Howth, Co. Dublin. He has extensive experience in Banking having spent 7 years working in branch banking before moving to London to work with Bank of Boston in 1989. In early 1991 - Paul returned to Dublin and joined Ulster Investment Bank as Manager in the Corporate Banking Division where he worked with corporate clients in the property and argicultural sectors. Paul transferred to the Private Client Unit at Ulster Bank Group in 1997 as the demand for investment management services was growing in line with the growing Irish economy.

During his career, in the days before the 'Celtic Tiger', Paul Fagan saw many Irish companies struggle and realised that in most cases it was that the Business Owners were too busy working on the day-to-day activities and not able to spend time growing the business.

Paul Fagan is a Certified Business Coach. He is recognised as an expert in Franchising and is also a board member of the Irish Franchise Association.
